Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Domestic Registration

LiveSpo Pharma is an R&D-driven company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of multi-strain liquid Bacillus spore probiotics for digestive and respiratory health, guided by our mission “For a future without antibiotics.”

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage domestic product registration and compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit probiotic product registration dossiers in compliance with Vietnamese regulations for:

- Health supplements (food supplements)

- Medical devices

- Cosmetics

- Biological products-Microbiology

2. Prepare, review, and finalize regulatory documents including COA, quality specifications, labeling, scientific and technical files…

3. Liaise directly with regulatory authorities (Food Safety and Hygiene Authority, Medical Device Authority, Pharmaceutical Authority – MOH, Department of Health, etc.) and follow up on submission progress.

4. Monitor regulatory updates and provide internal guidance on registration, labeling, and product claims.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by the R&D Director and the group CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Food Industry, Biotechnology, Law, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in domestic product registration (multi-category Experience preferred e.g., food supplement is the most critical, medical device is the second most important, cosmetics)
• Experience working with multiple regulatory authorities, with strong knowledge of regulatory procedures and the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent submissions while ensuring timelines.
• Proficient in English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Honest, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
