LiveSpo Pharma is an R&D-driven company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of multi-strain liquid Bacillus spore probiotics for digestive and respiratory health, guided by our mission “For a future without antibiotics.”
As we continue to scale globally and strengthen our technology foundation, we are seeking an experienced IT Director to partner closely with the CFO and leadership team in shaping and executing our enterprise IT strategy. This role will be responsible for building a scalable, secure, and integrated IT ecosystem that enables business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution, ensuring that technology becomes a core enabler of LiveSpo’s long-term global ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall IT vision and technology strategy, aligned with LiveSpo’s long-term business objectives.
- Design the enterprise-wide IT architecture and lead phased technology roadmaps, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and sustainable efficiency.
- Ensure end-to-end system and data integration, maintaining consistency and alignment across all business functions.
- Ensure IT systems operate securely, stably, reliably, and are scalable, meeting current and future business needs.
- Plan, implement, and oversee IT projects, effectively managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions effectively support business requirements.
- Oversee the daily operations of all IT systems, including software applications and IT infrastructure.
- Establish and standardize IT governance frameworks, policies, operating procedures, and information security standards.
- Design the IT organizational structure and workforce planning aligned with each stage of company growth.
- Build and foster a proactive, innovative, and business-oriented IT culture, positioning IT as a strategic business partner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Administration, or related technology fields.
- Professional certifications in IT systems management, network/security, or international IT certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc., are preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, including software applications, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams, support users, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as IT Director or Head of IT Department.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, commercial, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing and developing advanced technology solutions, such as AI, Blockchain, automation, or other emerging technologies, to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Working Time
- Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
- 02 Saturdays per month with flexible online working arrangement
