Finance Director

1. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management, Capital Resources & Financial Analysis

   • Oversee financial management, capital allocation, and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2. Budget Management

   • Implement and supervise effective corporate budgeting processes to ensure cost efficiency and spending discipline.

3. Management of Finance & Accounting Teams at Manufacturing Companies

   • Lead and manage accounting/finance teams across production entities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational alignment.

4. Risk Management & Internal Control

   • Strengthen internal control systems and manage financial, operational, and compliance risks within the organization.

5. Preparation for the Company to Go Public & Being Ready for the Stock Exchange

   • Support readiness activities and compliance requirements related to potential future listing or public company standards.

6. Advising the CEO & Board of Directors

   • Provide timely and accurate financial insights, identify potential risks, and propose solutions for key business issues.

7. Complete, Accurate & On-time Internal and External Reporting Systems

   • Ensure all reporting systems (internal & external) are timely, precise, and aligned with regulatory and management requirements.

8. Maintain Solid and Continuously Updated Knowledge of Regulations

   • Stay updated with changes in regulations, accounting standards, and relevant financial laws impacting the business.

2. Requirements

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• English proficiency MUST be strong.

• Strong expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, internal control, and risk management.

• Ability to operate with high accountability and deliver results under real business conditions.

• Financial modeling, planning, and analytical capability.

Experience

• Previously worked at Big 4 (preferably promoted to Manager level or above) – highly preferred.

• Experience in finance leadership roles with demonstrated track record of performance.

• Background in pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-channel businesses is an advantage.
