Responsibilities

Lead finance team and be responsible for operation of finance team of the company.

Coordinate with all business functions to deliver all reporting requirements timely and in high quality, including amongst others:

Monthly reporting and outlook

Quarterly forecast and reporting

Annual budget planning

Regular Forecasting per management requirement

Other planning and reporting of the management

Ensure that all reports are correct and include appropriate and adequate commentary

Be responsible for financial modeling of large capex investment

 

Job holder is required to fully perform all below mentioned tasks timely, correctly and completely:

1. Steer the Finance Team to co-ordinate with Business Units and Plant leaders to prepare necessary report related to finance function.

Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plan;

Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action;

Prepare special reports, including capex investment projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
Supervise preparation and submission of cash flow forecast as per schedule

2. Execute internal control via organizing and managing the daily financial accounting matters and ensure compliance with corporate governance in the organization and local regulatory;

Demonstrate stewardship by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting self-assessments; providing information to external auditors.

Comply with State and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, advising management on needed actions;

3. Team management:

Ensure high quality results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;

Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results; Keeping financial information and plans confidential;

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed;

Requirements

Qualification

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting or Economics

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position

• Experience in a leading role (min. experience with first direct reports)

• Strong experience in analytical area and professional environment

Skills

• Solid experience in financial statement analysis

• Professional skills in excel, ability to master complex data

• Professional skills in SAP

• Highly self-motivated

• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

Working Time

  • Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
  • 02 Saturdays per month with flexible online working arrangement
